In terms of our USP’s, we have a proven track record in the design, supply, delivery and installation of products for a wide range of environments, with over 40 years’ experience manufacturing for the NHS and Challenging environments, including mental health.  Combining this knowledge and experience allows us to create design led products of real substance, all backed by a five year guarantee. Being part of the Senator Group, a global brand and leader in the furniture manufacturing industry, we will continue to invest in research and development, bringing new ideas and stylish, fit for purpose and value for money products to the market.

All of our furniture is made and manufactured in the UK which means we have 100% control of the end to end manufacturing process, and can adapt or design bespoke products to meet the requirements of specific user groups.

Customer service, delivery and aftercare

Teal take pride in providing outstanding Customer Service, working alongside training providers/local F.E colleges all staff have completed training and assessment to NVQ Level in Customer Service.

Deliveries are made using our own vehicle fleet, nationwide by trained Teal operatives.

Accreditation and testing

We are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, 18001 Health & Safety (SafeContractor and CHAS certified), full members of the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA), British Contract Furniture Association and are FSC Certified. Teal has a dedicated in-house Design & Development team. All products are designed to and certified to exceed the relevant British and European Standards using FIRA supplied and installed Test Equipment.

 

Teal is an established provider, with an experienced team of specialists. Our client list includes Guinness Care and Support, Edinburgh City Council, Accent Housing, Derby City Council, Hampshire County Council, Trivallis, Midland Heart, Four Seasons Healthcare. Our design specialists have worked on schemes which have been nominated, short – listed and won a number of design awards.

Environment and sustainability

We operate our own in-house, Environment Agency approved recycling centre which currently recycles all components and packaging through 42 waste streams.
