PfH is managed by Inprova Group

Inprova Group (formerly CEL Procurement) delivers professional procurement services for private and public sector organisations in the UK. Its unparalleled expertise in strategic procurement, aggregated and collaborative procurement and technology solutions has led to two nominations for CIPS Purchasing and Supply Management Awards.

The division manages £200 million of customer spend through its purchasing and supply chain and processes over 550,000 invoices each year for over 1000 social housing, independent healthcare organisations and education institutions.

Following an open tendering procedure through the Official Journal of the European Union, Inprova Group was awarded a six-year contract to manage PfH from March 2004. Due to outstanding performance, the contract has since been extended to run until 2026.

The National Housing Federation (NHF) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) support PfH, and their joint performance improvement subsidiary, HouseMark, monitors and assures the quality of Inprova Group’s work.
