Our category buyers work on your behalf to award your contract through a direct call-off, mini competition or premium competition. They follow a unique 5-step process to implement new frameworks that provide solutions to your organisation’s priorities.

Mini competition

Mini-competitions are much faster and less laborious than a full tender process and there is no need to advertise the requirement in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). The process also allows you to further refine your exact requirements whilst retaining the benefits offered under the original framework agreement.

Premium mini competition

Our standard service is free and will suit those organisations with the resources to complete the evaluation. For those organisations that require additional support we offer a premium service at an additional cost.

Direct call off

Using the direct call off method allows you to select the supplier that has been ranked number one following our EU compliant tender process.
