  • Using our PIMS CAFM system to monitor contract quality performance and to allow immediate reporting to both the contract manager and the client where relevant
  • Producing monthly contract performance reports, provided to the client in advance of monthly meetings attended by the contract manager
  • Tailoring services to meet the needs of each individual resident, site or client as appropriate
  • Having a centrally based finance team, processing invoices either electronically or manually depending on the needs of the client
