CLC’s workforce consists of directly employed tradespeople from the local areas in which we operate. All our tradespeople undergo Disclosure Barring Service checks every three years and are provided with ‘Customer Care’ training as standard. We invest in our staff and provide training and progression opportunities, creating a team of committed individuals with a passion for what they do.
We also have managers and directors spread across our national offices, meaning our staff, clients and supply chain can walk into a branch and speak directly to a senior manager. With an accessible management structure and local set-up, our company is “small enough to care but big enough to cope”.
With an in-house delivery team, we have complete control over the installation and refurbishment process. With over 50 years’ experience we have streamlined processes to make sure we complete high quality work over a succinct programme to minimise disruption to residents.
We know that keeping residents well informed is a vital part of the work and so we can offer a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) as part of our service to look after all resident communication. The RLO will provide residents with regular updates on progress as well as helping with colour choices, arranging access and ensuring all residents’ needs are met.
