Established since 1996, we have built up an excellent rapport with clients, customers and industry bodies. Our head office is located in St Leonards on Sea East Sussex within a 1930s art deco building in the shape of a Cunard ocean liner. We currently employ a team of 25 who each specialise in their own areas and hold a plethora of qualifications.

  • Debbie Austin – Office & Quality Assurance Manager with over 12 years’ experience at Osborne Energy Ltd. Debbie also holds a NEBOSH certificate.
  • Chris Hoad – Project Manager with over 25 years industry experience. NEBOSH and SMSTS.

LED Lighting

Our collaborative approach with EL&C and Mackwell Electronics Ltd allows us to draw on 40 years of emergency lighting knowledge and expertise. This coupled with our unparalleled levels of service means we can offer a complete range of innovative lighting solutions to our clients. Direct access to technical and commercial teams is available throughout the process from inception through to realisation, allowing us to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients. By bringing this added value to the table we can offer a complete turnkey solution to our clients covering quality and value for money.

All projects follow the 4 steps of the Quality Assurance process plan:

  • Plan – The installation is planned through a programme of works and construction phase plan.
  • Do – The installation is carried out in line with regulations, specifications, and client requirements as well as COVID-19 processes and procedures.
  • Check – We complete a quality assessment and snagging list as necessary.
  • Act – We complete any remedial works and snagging needed to ensure the installation is to the required standards and the needs of the client are met.

Working closely with a UK based manufacturer means they attend site to sign off the works and as a part of the commissioning process when installing N-light emergency lighting system. Our manufacturer also offers a tour of their factory: Mackwell Manufacturing, so that the client can see how products are made up close, given them confidence in the products we use.

Osborne Energy currently offer a 2-year workmanship warranty through Trustmark as standard. A 5-year product warranty is provided which includes batteries.

COVID-19

During these unprecedented times Osborne Energy have developed and implemented robust COVID processes and procedures which will take into account all potential risks of COVID. External delivery teams all have weekly rapid COVID tests in addition to having daily symptom checks completed ensuring all the necessary precautions are taken.
