Our pedigree and track record in terms of successfully delivering kitchen and bathroom upgrades in multiple occupied premises is second to none. In the South West of England, The Midlands and in South Wales we’ve delivered improvements in line with the Decent Homes and Welsh Housing Quality Standard to tens of thousands of homes, and have been part of the broader enhancements to these communities by creating jobs and apprenticeships, providing training and experience and supporting small businesses in our supply chain.
