Kate is a Principal Consultant at Turner and Townsend since October 2022 where she is technical capability lead on the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) programme. She leads a team delivering ESG reporting for the Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS) for Social Housing alongside colleagues providing Retrofit and Net Zero strategies. Kate has over ten years experience delivering retrofit at scale in the Social Housing, Local Authority and charitable sectors, encompassing programmes for social and private, as well as owner occupied domestic properties. She has an MSc in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies, is a Retrofit Coordinator as well as assessing Retrofit Coordinators.
