Our network of over 360 branches receive daily deliveries from our supporting distribution hubs which provide access to 37,000 plumbing, heating, spares, electrical and renewable technology products. This allows us to ensure products are in the right hands at the right time to complete your residents repair and maintenance needs first time.
Resident Focus
As members of TPAS, and TPAS Cymru we’re able to get closer and engage with the sector and its residents to develop a real understanding of the challenges being faced, allowing us to shape our solutions to benefit customers and residents alike. Furthermore, as an official supporter of the Stop Social Housing Stigma campaign, a resident-led campaign supporting residents to have a voice against social housing stereotyping. Through this partnership we deliver training to customer operatives and call handlers to reduce the stigma associated with social housing residents.
