Headquartered in Glasgow, CCG (Scotland) Ltd is a major contributor to the Scottish construction marketplace as one of the country’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing companies with over 600 staff positioned across eight fully integrated divisions.

CCG’s primary focus in the delivery of affordable housing but as a Group, capabilities can reach into every sector of the industry with full construction capabilities that are complimented by the off-site manufacture of timber systems and timber window and door products, bespoke M&E Services, building renewals and planned maintenance.

CCG Asset Management (CCG AM), will be responsible for the undertaking of contracts through the PFH Framework. One of the Group’s largest divisions, CCG AM offers unrivalled experience having completed over 50,000 installations in 13 years thanks to a 120-strong expert team of tradespeople.

With a capacity to deliver for public sector clients anywhere in the country, CCG AM provide full planned maintenance services including full heating and boiler renewals, window and door replacement that can be complimented with a design, supply and install service with CCG Manufacturing, and, for PFH members, full kitchen and bathroom upgrades. In 2017/2018, CCG AM installed 460 kitchens and 600 bathrooms for clients such as City of Edinburgh Council, Perth and Kinross Council and Waverly Housing Association, providing an unparalleled level of consistency and efficiency no matter the size of contract or type of property.

CCG AM believe that a mark of quality cannot just be derived from the quality of an installation: it must also be a positive experience for both the client and the end-user. That is why our dedicated site teams are proactive in engaging with customers before, during and after works are undertaken, micro-managing each property in order to be flexible to the needs of the individual whilst meeting the quality standards expected by clients.
