Angela Holden is the Assistant Director of Consumer Regulation at the Regulator of Social Housing. She is responsible for managing the Regulator’s current reactive consumer regulation function and supporting in the implementation of the Social Housing White Paper.

‘Consumer Regulation – from 2024 and beyond’
Consumer Regulation – from 2024 and beyond: the session will set out the key developments in consumer regulation from 2024 onwards. It will set out the forthcoming changes in regulatory framework and how we are developing our approach to consumer regulation. The session will share some of the lessons from the pilot assessments we have carried out, as well as lessons learned from our casework. We will discuss what registered providers should be doing now to prepare for the upcoming changes and how providers can get ready to implement the changes from 2024 onwards.
