MaterialsOur material solution offers members direct access to the supply chain with technical support from manufacturing partners. Supplies cover all trade disciplines and include tailored renewable offers to support the net zero transition in accordance with PAS 2035. Supplies can be purchased either by in-house teams across repairs and maintenance, investment, and development; or by their sub-contracted parties to aid technical and commercial consistency.

Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions DPS
Spending commitments have asked we go further and faster to implement Energy Efficient Measures (EEM) and in reaching the Minimum Energy Efficient Standard (MMES), the Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions DPS provides a one-stop shop for all your retrofit requirements, covering: survey, design, technical consultancy, including grant funding and planning consultancy, coordination, works, monitoring technology and training provisions for in house or external teams.
