Donna heads up a team of over 50 lawyers based in Devonshires’ London, Leeds and Birmingham offices, advising on all aspects of housing management law and practice, acting for Local Authorities, Registered Providers and private landlords. She has over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector and, in addition to overseeing the team, has a specialist practice dealing with complex litigation and regulatory advice. In recent times she has undertaken significant work for social landlords in respect of housing conditions claims including managing large scale litigation and Housing Ombudsman complaints as well as reviewing policy and procedure materials so as to ensure continuous improvement as well as advising in respect of engagement with the Regulator and compliance with the Regulatory Standards.
