This framework provides a procurement route for all works and services associated with Decarbonisation and Retrofit for both Domestic and Commercial. The framework provides a compliant framework route whilst displaying value for money, access to funding, consultancy and access to a range of contractors with both national and regional coverage. This framework is accessible to all PfH Members across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
