The Procurement for Housing Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework is a refresh of the previous Void Property Management Services framework aimed at providing our members with a procurement route for works and services associated with responsive repair maintenance as well as those with securing and refurbishing empty properties. Additionally, the Framework offers both national and localised supply routes, designed with the intention to support PfH members in procuring either a fully outsourced solution to deliver all works associated with the lot they contract under or in providing a top-up service to deliver works in tandem with in-house (direct labour organisations) teams.
