Established in 1987, Search Consultancy has provided many clients with customer specific recruitment solutions, by providing a ‘Total Recruitment Solutions’ operation allowing us to deliver many different recruitment and back office requirements from across our network of 14 ‘super site’ locations and 27 specialist divisions.

Search Social Care is a Specialist Division within Search Consultancy and was established in 2004. We directly employ and manage a large bank of specialist workers in Care, Support and Nursing who are engaged to work as directed by our consultants, whereby, we provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for clients in the Social Care and Housing sectors. We are able to provide a full range of services, from the high volume recruitment of temporary support workers through to the contingency placements of sought after sector specialists, managers and executives.
