Our scope is design, manufacture, supply and installation of aluminium and PVC-U fenestration products. Our flexibility, attention to detail and customer care is an integral part of this service and is committed to developing personnel via. the provision of appropriate training, mentoring and recognition programmes to achieve the necessary competence.

To achieve the goal of total quality and continual improvement, the Company is committed to its policy of purchasing only quality materials for the manufacture of its products and to ensure that these are thoroughly evaluated / tested prior to sale. We operate an Integrated Management System conforming to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS EN ISO14001:2004, auditable by its assessing body, BSI.

Targets and objectives are discussed and reviewed at an annual Management Review to recommend, review effectiveness and implement improvements.

Our manufacturing facility consists of state-of-the-art CNC machinery, adopting a philosophy of “get it right first time”. A dedicated Design department carries out wind loading calculations & produces CAD drawings for customer/planning approval. Our IT Dept is equipped with facilities to promote digital communications and swift hardware setup for site personnel/offices.

The site set-up will include full-time site supervision, CSCS qualified staff & installers, experienced project managers oversee programming, site performance and client & resident liaison, all of which is fully supported by dedicated administration and accounts staff at head office. All installations are carried out in accordance with BS 8213-4 and subject to in-process and final inspections prior to final handover to the Client using controlled documentation.

By sharing measurable KPI’s and improvement plans, we are able to consistently exceed the requirements of residents and clients through the completion of installations on time, safely and within budget. We are totally dedicated to providing excellent service in every aspect of work carried out, continually engaging with residents to provide awareness of our survey and installation processes that will promote clarity, safety, protection, increase efficiency, and offer benefits to the end user. This is supported by presentations, samples, customer choice forms, literature and a free phone service, including for after hours.

Our operations are developed to minimise risks and maximise the protection of site personnel, occupiers, neighbours, visitors and other stakeholders affected by our work. We will therefore fully comply with legislative/regulatory standards, including environmental and H&S. We actively encourage local recruitment / training / apprenticeship schemes for survey, installation, and the resident liaison processes.
