We consistently exceed our KPI targets for all void refurbishment, consistently maintaining an average of 10 calendar days including all repair, investment and specialist works.

“Sovini Property Services completed a full void refurbishment on one of our properties which was left with substantial structural damage after suffering extensive fire damage.
The detached property, which is split into two flats, required full refurbishment including a new roof, full rewire and central heating system as well as new kitchens and bathrooms.
The £80,000 12 week project commenced in January in particularly challenging weather conditions and was completed on time and within budget.
