Cohesion recently hosted a Forum that was attended by representatives from care, health and housing organisations.
Under the heading ‘Can Early Talent Plug Front Line Care Gaps: Revisited’ attendees heard insights from Stow Healthcare and Hertfordshire County Council about their success stories of engaging with young people for employment.
Attendees also benefited from hearing from our panel of health and social care students and tutors from Barking and Dagenham College hosted by Professor Martin Green, CEO of Care England.
You can access the white paper summarising the content of the event here.
At the next FREE Forum in London on 11th June, we’ll be considering ‘The Challenge: Recruitment or Retention?’
As with all our forums, we’ll be sharing expertise and data from our experiences as well as showcasing case studies from health, social care and housing organisations.
