Pertemps operates out of 60 UK towns and cities as well as from over 50 client locations. Our core business is temporary, fixed term and permanent recruitment, supplying workers in to traditional ‘white collar’ administration and customer service roles and ‘blue collar’ driving, warehousing, cleaning and refuse roles. Through our Managed Service programmes and framework agreements we have expanded our provision to cover specialist sectors in IT, HR, Healthcare, Housing, Planning, Legal, Procurement, Technical, Sales & Marketing and Finance.

Recently the greatest improvements to ways of working have been delivered through introducing technology to support our business and the candidate journey, digitalising the registration process – reducing our carbon footprint and saving time for our delivery teams and candidates from registration to onboarding, replacing paperwork with increased candidate and client engagement.  This critically enabled us to continue recruiting and onboarding new workers for our clients despite the Covid lock-down ensuring full business continuity across the business as well as increased scalability through remote working.
