Philip Moss

Phil Moss is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in software development, product management, and technology strategy bringing deep technical expertise and a practical, delivery-focused approach to everything he does.

Currently Chief Technology Officer at Procurement for Housing, Phil is responsible for the development and ongoing evolution of Quantum, PfH’s spend and contract management platform, as well as the broader IT services that underpin the organisation. In this role he ensures that the technology PfH members rely on is robust, intuitive, and continuously improving giving housing providers the data visibility and operational control they need to manage their procurement with confidence.

Before joining PfH, Phil spent over a decade at Valueworks Ltd, where he progressed from Software Development Manager through to Development Director and ultimately CTO, a career arc that reflects both his technical depth and his ability to grow with an organisation and take on increasing strategic responsibility. Earlier in his career he spent six years at Redthorn, progressing from Senior Analyst Programmer to Product Development Director, where he developed a strong foundation in software design, product development, and technical leadership.
