Established for twenty eight years K&T Heating Services is a gas compliance services provider with its headquartered in Charlton, South East London. It currently employs a workforce of approximately 170 people primarily engaged in domestic and commercial gas servicing, maintenance and installations to 18 social housing clients in London and throughout the South East and South West of England, supporting 90,000 properties. K&T Heating Services also provides servicing and maintenance to renewable assets for such as solar PVs and air and group source heat pumps. We have consistently delivered 100% LGSR compliance to a range of clients including Poplar HARCA, L&Q and Tower Hamlets Community Housing.
In 2011 K&T Heating Services was acquired by Lakehouse, an asset and energy support services group. K&T is part of Lakehouse’s Compliance division which comprises planned and responsive maintenance, installation and repair services to local authorities and housing association clients in the areas of gas, fire and electrical, water and air hygiene and lifts.
Our Parent Company, Lakehouse, was founded by Steve Rawlings in 1988 and has its headquarters in Romford, Essex. Lakehouse currently employ more than 2,400 people in 35 offices across the UK, a network of resources that support K&T in their ability to deliver works and services to customers in London and throughout the South East and South West of England.
